Late Morning

I slept very late this morning - almost 10 o'clock - and woke up with a headache.  It's better, but still lingering on.  Last night I got intrigued by a couple of short propaganda movies made during WWII by Alfred Hitchcock, and that led to me staying up very late.  I'm going to bed early tonight!

Today's WRAP involved making a list of things to do to feel better.  It was good to be reminded of those things, good to talk with peers, and good just to get out.  It's been a gray, cold and rainy day today, not the kind of day that makes you want to get outside.

After WRAP I went back to Hair Gallery to have my hair fixed.  The haircut I got last week was the worst haircut I have ever seen.  I didn't realize how bad it was at the time, but the next day, when I took a good look in the mirror, I was not happy.  I had BANGS - a wide strip of hair on my forehead that was all the same length.  Well, sort of.  They were uneven.  There were also hunks of hair cut all the same length, longer or shorter than the surrounding hairs.  It's much better now.

My mood continues to lift.  Now, the trick is to maintain my focus.  I'm much more inclined to mult-task, but there are times (like when I'm driving) to do only one thing at a time.

Well, I've got homework to do before my counseling appointment on Wednesday, so I'm signing off.

  1. What a step that you confronted the bad haircut and got it fixed.

You do seem to enjoy WRAP. Most of us probably would too.
