The last couple of days have been nap days. On Tuesday, I stretched out at noon to watch Judge Alex, the best-looking judge on TV, and promptly fell asleep. This morning, I fell asleep around 7.
I've been cooking, made a wonderful meatloaf. Today I'm going to roast a chicken with sausage and potatoes. Yum.
That's about it. Just the usual.
Enjoy the relaxation but be careful to not slip into inaction. The less you move the harder it is to get started. Maybe you should get out your WRAP workbook and see if there any any steps that could help.
