We are having a family gathering today. I am so excited. At the same time, I feel fear. Now, there is nothing fearful about my family. There is no reason for me to be afraid. Anticipation of any kind of event - a trip, a party, anything - leads to both excitement and fear for me. It has a kind of paralyzing effect on me.
So, I will do my best to calm myself down. I will make a list to help me get things done. I will stay focused on the task at hand.
Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential
Winston Churchill
Take deep cleansing breaths. See you this afternoon.
