Brrrr

Yesterday was not productive day for me.  The approaching cold weather hovered around in my mind, and I experienced a low-level anxiety all day.  I didn't feel anxious.  It was more of a feeling of unsettledness, an inability to focus.  I didn't realize it until the day was over.  It was then that I realized that I hadn't done much on my to-do list.  I did the items on my daily maintenance list, such as cooking and cleaning up.  But I didn't do much in the way of searching for a job or organizing my clothes. 

I ate more than I should have yesterday.  I didn't realize how much until I went to bed.  It was only then that I realized how stuffed I was. 

The good news is that it could have been a lot worse.  I didn't escape into a fantasy world.  And at least I ate healthy foods. 

I have the opportunity to try it all over again today.  I can't go back and redo yesterday, but I can have a better day today.
