TGIF

Yesterday afternoon I was transferred from the recruiting boat to the administrative boat to work on payroll because someone in admin made the new clerk cry.  I'm sorry to leave the recruiting boat - they are a good group.  At least I didn't go to the quality boat. At least, not yet, anyway.  They organize and check mountains of materials all day long.

I was tired when I got home yesterday.  Fortunately, I had beans cooking all day in the crock pot, so I didn't have to cook.  They were so good, I ate three bowls.  Then I spent the evening on the sofa, leaving dishes soaking in the sink.  (A bowl, my lunch container, the crock pot, and utensils.)  I should have time to do them before work this morning.  I don't want to come home to dishes in the sink.

At least I have been organized with planning meals, and I always have good food to eat.  No fast food.  No junk food from the Dollar Store.  And it's not raining.  At the moment.
If I had eight hours to chop down a tree, I'd spend six hours sharpening my ax.  ~~Abraham Lincoln
