Dr. Visit, Part II

I saw Dr. Waggoner this morning.  He is not a psychiatrist, but a prescribing psychologist.  I told him I thought that was the reason he seemed to be listening to me.  He mentioned a diagnosis that I had not been told before.  I don't remember whether he said was schizoid personality disorder or schizotypal personality disorder.  Of the two, I would say that schizoid personality disorder fits the best.  Here are some links.

Dr. Waggoner is going to increase the dosage of my meds, but he will have to get the approval of an MD first, so he wrote a script to keep me on meds until he can get the increased dosage approved.

I know I haven't been writing about myself; I haven't known what to say.  You know, there's a place in San Antonio where it's very easy (at least it was, maybe they've added signage since I've been there) to be in the wrong lane and suddenly find yourself no longer on I-35.  And if you take the next exit, thinking you can quickly get back on the highway and find I-35, you are mistaken.  The exit takes you a long way away before you can make any turns back towards the highway.  Sometimes finding I-35 again depends upon luck.  I feel like I'm still trying to find the entrance to the recovery highway.
